Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All Bella Hue products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for order processing before shipment, especially during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the order, including:

Combining multiple orders

Order cancellations

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Please note that expedited shipping options apply to carrier transit time only and do not speed up processing or fulfillment times.
Bella Hue is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, routing changes, or other transit-related issues outside of our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 after discounts are applied. Free shipping methods are selected at our discretion and may ship via USPS or UPS Ground services.
International Shipping
Bella Hue currently ships to select international locations, including Canada.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other carrier-related charges determined by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Bella Hue is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import fees. If a package is refused due to customs charges or returned to us by the carrier, original shipping fees are non-refundable and customers may be responsible for any return shipping or carrier fees incurred.
International shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is correct.
Bella Hue is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, customers will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bella Hue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

Contacting USPS or UPS directly

Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before arrival
We are always happy to help provide tracking details and shipment information when possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bella-hue.com with:

Your order number

Photos of the shipping box

Photos of the damaged item(s)
Once reviewed, we will provide a prepaid return label if needed and work with you on a replacement or resolution.
If we do not hear back regarding damaged items within 14 days of delivery, the case may be considered closed and we may no longer be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Because many Bella Hue products contain oils, butters, waxes, and naturally derived ingredients, products may soften or melt during warmer months or experience texture changes during colder temperatures.
In most cases, the integrity and effectiveness of the product remain unchanged. If your product arrives softened or melted, please contact us and we will gladly provide recommendations to help restore consistency.
We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery during periods of extreme temperatures.
Handmade Product Variations
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or consistency may naturally occur from batch to batch. These variations do not affect product quality or performance.
