Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on used or opened products. By law, returned personal care items cannot be resold once they have been opened or used.
We truly encourage customers to reach out with any questions before purchasing so we can help guide you toward the best product fit for your hair, skin, or scalp concerns. We are always happy to help with recommendations, ingredients, and product usage prior to ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bella-hue.com with:

Once reviewed, we will provide a prepaid return label if needed. Replacement items will be shipped once the affected product has been returned or verified by our team.
If we do not hear back within 14 days of delivery, the case will be considered closed and we may no longer be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Heat-Sensitive Products
Due to temperature fluctuations during shipping across the U.S., some products may occasionally arrive softened or melted, especially during warmer months. In most cases, the quality and effectiveness of the product remain unchanged.
If this happens, please contact us and we will gladly provide recommendations to help restore the product consistency.
Exchanges
If you change your mind after placing your order and the item is unused and unopened, we may offer an exchange for another product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To help keep costs as low as possible, we are happy to provide a discounted prepaid return label through our shipping account. The shipping cost will be deducted from the exchange or store credit amount.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and cannot legally be resold once used, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened products due to personal preference, scent preference, texture preference, or individual results.
